Last week I created this beautiful wedding at Woore Village Church, and after at the village hall, a pretty little village just a couple of miles from my base in Audlem.

My bride went for a simple and elegant look for her flowers, with all cream and green shades. The flowers used throughout were, white Thistle, white Lizzie, and cream Roses, I also used lots of flowing foliage's such as trailing Ivy, silver Eucalyptus and a personal favourite of mine, Asparagus fern.

I designed flowers for the church, a cute little white building in the centre of the village. Here I designed long and low trailing arrangements for the windows, the foliage's looked very pretty cascading down the walls of the church. I also created
pedestal arrangements for the front of church and for the entrance hall, pew ends, and a couple of hand tied designs for the alter.

For the bridal party Yvonne went for hand tied bridal bouquets for herself and her bridesmaids, they were tied with hessian and lace ribbon and pearl pins. They were neat compact in their posy style with wilder foliage's coming through, just what the bride wanted.

I loved working on this classic and elegant style country wedding, have a look through the pictures from the big day. And If your looking for your wedding florist, please do not hesitate to get in touch, here at Flowers by Ruth, Audlem, Cheshire, I try my best to help and advise you with your design ideas and bring them to life on your special day.
