This Sunday I had the pleasure of creating beautiful spring table arrangement for a lovely lady on her 70th birthday. I love working at Rookery Hall, its such a beautiful wedding and occasion venue and love coming down the long drive to the picturesque venue and grounds.
Pauline came to me wanting floral decorations for her tables to brighten up the room, we decided on spring flowers and colours, and she particularly liked the idea of silver fishbowls. I created round arrangements that sat perfectly on the bowls. The flowers I used consisted of Pussy Willow, Daffodils, Carnations, Muscari, Gypsophilla,Thistle, and hyacinth, so a really lovely spring mix. I then used lots of Eucalyptus and fresh foliages to compliment the silver nicely.
Here are some pictures of the flowers on the tables on the day of the party, I think the bright colours really lifted the room.
